it is a whirpool . I love it and I hope I can find someone to fix it. I bought it in 2015 whirlpool Platinum Cabrio please call me at 337-392-6508 and please leave a message and don't just hang up because I want know how to contact you I don't get on Bookoo very often but this is an emergency to me as I am handicapped and had to go to the laundromat for the first time since I was 21 and boy was it a hassle.
