Wood chipper/shredder (Harbor Freight)

Harbor Freight wood chipper/shredder. Around 2 hours run time total. Was covered with a tarp in back yard over the winter, tarp must have blown off, and water got inside. Now I can't get it to start.

Probably needs fuel tank drained, carb cleaned, etc. Just don't have the motivation to try to get it running again. Don't need it anymore and can't see just letting it sit. I have a wrist injury so I can't pull the pull rope hard enough to try to start it.

Just want to get it into the hands of someone that can use it, and has the time, skill and motivation to get it back running. Ran great last year.
